Stitcher Station Frame Holder

Our very first floor stand model was called the Stitcher Station.  All of our Stitcher Stations came with a "bolt-on" frame holder like the one shown at right. Units bought just before we stopped making Stitcher Stations also included a  clamp-style frame holder; but, unlike our current design, those clamps used a large dowel for attaching the clamp onto the headblock.

Headblock Replacement  $55.00
(Add $9.00 Shipping)

Our Headblock Replacement unit is an update of the design used with the Stitcher Stationand our earlier StitchMate units.  It features our improved clamp-style frame holder design and our unique adjustable tension control which allows you to control how easily your frame flips over when you need to get to the back of your fabric.  Also, your work  will not droop or sag when you are doing a large project.

To install the Headblock Replacement, you simply remove your original headblock and replace it with the replacement unit.  You will then be able to use the sidebars you already have plus all of our current and future frame products and accessories.

Accessory Post

The Accessory Post is used to mount accessory tools directly onto the StitchMate, such as the Tool Mount which lets you mount your magnifier and/or lamp much closer to your work.

The Accessory Post is built into our Headblock Replacement shown above and all newer StitchMates.

Stitcher Station and earlier StitchMate models not having a built-in Accessory Post will need to use our Accessory Base to mount a special accessory such as the Tool Mount.  The Accessory Base is bolted onto the headblock in place of the chart holder.  The chart holder is then mounted onto the Accessory Base along with the Tool Mount.
